- Ensure standards are achieved and procedures maintained. Maximize profitability while achieving a high standard of service and level of guest satisfaction.
- The Assistant Manager will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel?s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service quality is maintained.
